I have numerous support request emails asking for a demo or to have these features on our plan and they never ever got back to us? So either they don't have the calls or they listened to them and they didn't fall in their favor? On another note, I would likely have stayed with nextiva if they would have actually got back to me with my numerous requests to get a better look at our call analytics. They put me on hold for about 10 minutes, and then came back and said sorry we won't pull these calls, you are stuck with the cancel fee even this it is way after the 24 months. I also know my calls with were recorded and they said they could pull these calls and if it was clear in these calls that I was misled or that I was told otherwise then we would cancel. I fulfilled that contract, and am now looking into another option for better analytics.
I opted to go with the contract to get a discount on phones. I have multiple emails from my sales rep replying to me that the contract is only 24 months and that there is cancel fee if I cancel before that. At the time I was not happy because my old contract with cox was auto-renewed and it was a pain to exit with them. I have numerous emails to my sales rep stating I did not want to do a contract and if I did what were the obligations and the pros and cons, I even asked him if it would auto-renew. I got set up with them in 2018 on an initial 24 month contract. Worst experience with a phone company, shady auto renewal!!!
